Privacy Policy

TeamUp Live ("the App") is an iPhone and Apple Watch app for tracking amateur sports games in real time, part of the TeamUp service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We collect only what the service needs to work:

• Account data: your first and last name (from Sign in with Apple if you chose to share it, or from your Telegram/VK profile), username, and account identifier. Used to sign you in and to show you in groups, rosters, and stats.
• Your content: groups, events, teams, rosters (player names and jersey numbers), and the game log (event type, team, player, score, timestamps) — created by you and other participants.
• Synchronization metadata: local entry IDs and sync timestamps used to prevent duplicates.
• Authentication tokens: JWTs (access and refresh) stored on your device; the access token lasts about an hour and the refresh token up to 30 days.

We do not collect: email, phone number, location data, contacts, photos, or health data. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not share data with advertisers. We use Google Analytics (Firebase) to measure aggregate product usage.

The collected data is used exclusively to:

• Sign you in with Sign in with Apple.
• Track the score and log events during a game, including the live score on Apple Watch.
• Synchronize between iPhone, Apple Watch, and the server.
• Show groups, events, rosters, results, and stats to participants.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is stored on the TeamUp server (teamup-live.com) solely to run the service. Sign-in uses Apple’s Sign in with Apple. We use Google Analytics (Firebase) to measure aggregate product usage; your data is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Account data and your content are kept while your account and its groups and events exist. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us (see below). Local data on the device is cleared when you sign out.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication uses JWTs with limited token lifetimes.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy. Changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
